update of the past week

the dead soviet sailor advanced after a long time of silence.
the upper part of the pea jacket is sculpted (but when i see the zoom pictures the defaults are so apparent !
The beret on the left arm is not yet finished
However the texture of the pea jacket is not smooth.
What do you think about that ?

the soviet sailor

hi everybody,

the sculpt of the sailor is finish (just some little details enough)
it's my first experience with the duro, now the german's uniforms are more "standard", so i hope go faster .
comments good or not are welcome.

excellent work so far, although it does not looks like, to reproduce dead is sometimes more difficult than to do a standard figure.

hi everybody
i'm happy to show you my first result with acryls (since many year) on the face of my dead soviet sailor. The project advance but slowly ...
I try to use the Jaume's way (thanks Roger )

Hope you like it and give me your feel on that paint (tell me if i'm on the right way or stop it now !)
