St George & The dragon’

Scratch 120mm (1:16th scale)

I always wanted to do a knight with a lot of shining armour. But instead of making once again one of the million fighting poses, I was looking for a different and unusal presentation. So I took the mythe of St George, patron saint of the cavalry and a spanish 16th century armour. This is a step in the direction for my next projects: figurines in a neosurrealism context.

The colour of the armor is not done with paint but it is silver-plated.

Now... here's a different take on a well known theme. Well done! Love your colors and your concept!
