Samurai Seated on Tiger Skin Momoyama Period

Hi to all. I painted this some time ago, it is a samurai seated on tiger skin, with his arms and standards by Poste Militaire, white metal 90mm.
I painted it using acrylics. I changed the standards sticks by other of steel.

Very nicely done. As an aside, the helmet style would suggest that the figure is intended to represent Date Masamune (though often tiger skins are used to denote Kato Kiyomasa) but that's by the by! Excellent work.

Thank you very much to all for leave your kin comments and for passing by. Certainly, this figures of Poste Militaire were top level then and now.
I painted this in 2010.
As kenshin said, the color reference I used, is the one of a mounted samurai from the same range, instead of the original with the tiger skin.
