Sculpted in super sculpey and stands about 70mm without the base to the top of the head, 150mm with the base. The piece has been cast in resin. I painted it using acrylics but I couldn't get a decent, smooth enough blend with the flesh tones, is it best to use oils with this kind of scale? The sculpture was loosely based on Japanese medieval illustrations with some artistic licence thrown in.

Quite different from the rest and original. The base rocks! Really cool looking guy! Well done...

It is very Japanese theatre and really works well ,I would go with oils but i'm bias :D
There is a suggestion of Yin and Yang in the base "chinese" but still looks super (y)
