Been wondering how you guys are managing in NJ/NY and whats the story with the lack of electricity?
Cant believe that large parts still have no power and I believe the utility companies should be prosecuted for this awful failure and dreadful lack of planning of the system.
Surely other States not as badly damaged could "lend" the National Guard to the badly affected areas. Cant be a big job and they could send NJ/NY the bill.
Still think the President could have visited New York after New Jersey just to let the people know he was thinking of them. Remember George and Hurricane Catrina, he could have landed AirForce 1 and mixed in with the survivors, after all it was his plane at the time.
Hope things are getting better there now.
