Hi Markus,
I like your verdun pair based on the painting you showed not that long ago.You are diverse in choice of scale and are flexible .You seem to be happy in any scale.

John all kits are sculpted by Markus Eckmann, the founder and owner of Scorpio Models

Costas

Dear Costas
Sorry, you are may be wrong, my Lawer and I we dont think so.
:) I have warned the founder of Scorpiomodels in his last SBS

http://www.hfmodeling.com/modules.p...le=index&req=viewtopic&topic_id=129199&page=2

that my dummies and Mannequins are not taken for the commercial using!
especially when the dealing with my website are in Date-nirvana.

His unusal and unbelieve cheek has only tells blah blah
Have a look please about the review from guy with my mannequin busts there only clothed and changed the eyes.
Just now I meet him on justice again.
Sorry:)
All the best
Ulrich

ridiculous!!!

This is ridiculous!
Obviously both the bust and the two 75 mm-figures are originals scratch-built by Markus!

Looking at the Centauro-Bust standing on my desk and comparing it with the Gebirgsjäger, I can clearly discern quite a difference regarding the proportions and the facial features of the two, despite the very similar posture. And furthermore, if I remember right, I was personally present when Markus started sculpting the bust from scratch last October at the workshop in Bettinghausen. No dummy was used!
As for the 75ers, they are 100% originals as well, despite the fact they are built around an armature since nothing of the same is visible after sculpting. Markus, who was actually involved in creating the master for the dummy, bought a bag full of resin-castings of the same at the Kulmbach-Fair in 2007 from Ulrich. I clearly remember this, because Markus came to our stall and showed them to us.
I ask myself why someone is selling a bunch of armatures to a professional sculptor if not for the sole purpose of them being used in their intended role? The same dummy is distributed by Kellerkind-Miniatures and serves currently several German manufacturers as a basis for their 75 mm-figures.
To make it short, there is not infringement of German copyright law (§ 15 & 16 Urheberrechtsgesetz) whatsoever by Scorpio-Models. Trust me on this, I should know because I had to study this stuff in college. Any lawyer telling different isn’t worth his money as far as I’m concerned.

Dont guide me in the mountains

Dear
Andreas
I dont understand your posting-may be you havent not all informations.
I spoke and show the links only about my rights in relation to the Verdun Vignette and the Gebirgsjäger in balance of my webside .
I gave him a real fair chance after my posting in HF to rebuilt and made a
consens.
Dont guide me in the mountains.
His decide to change comes from one day to the other after Girona and transfere action about my webside was really ridigolous- and a simple deception.
So he keeps all my books, my casts and other things and my lawer is unpaid
because he is not able to made any compromise and have no insight about his faults like this, he has done now.
Every thief will be catched.
He has disturbt by business since a long while, so I will only a clear desk.
His kind of cooperation is simply not present.
I keep my rights and the rest § is for justice.

About

the Dummys
I gave him in advance for further cooperation to sculpt and learn to handle
the balance.
My lawer was ordering him to gave all back what he got from me, Dummys
Masters, books and casts and Nothing
happened.
Point 2. the Kellerkind Miniatures was worked with me without any faults and
we have done a consens in respect , fairness and balance- not so Markus-
Right now.
Best regards
Ulrich
