GaryJD,

Having watched your recent SBS masterclasses, I don't recall you doing one on hands.

I also recall you mentioning, in the thread on recommending books, that you find hands difficult - you cited Burne Hogarth as a good source.

So...any chance of a SBS session on how you do the hands on your figures?

David, I will cover hands when I do them for the sbs figure but if I'm able to I will try and do a stand alone one like the one on sculpting the eye.

They are difficult to do especially on anything smaller than a 75mm figure, so maybe I could do a 120mm or 1/9 scale hand. They are close enough in size where the techniques would be about the same.~Gary

Gary,

No pressure! If you are covering this in the SBS Sculpting 101 figure then that would be a perfect place for it.

As for scale, I worked on a couple of 120mm figures 25 years ago now, but most of my current projects are converted 54mm figures for my slotcar tracks, or 28mm wargamming figures.

I don't want to distract you by asking for a separate masterclass...

Thanks,

DAVID
