Gentlemen and women of course, I do not mean to decry sculptors but just praise the ones I enjoyed buying figures made by at Euro.
Tend not to buy figures unseen, so Euro is a godsend for people like me. This year I bought figures by 5 sculptors and they are super, right up my street. Names off the top of the tongue are Maurice Corry and Carl Reid (Surprise) Andy Cairns and Steve Leadley (just before Euro) One of a very few sight unseen.
The one I would like to highlight is by Stuart Hale our very own Stormtrooper. Along with some other figures I bought his Sgt. 44th Foot at Gandamack 1842. It wasnt till I got it home I discovered Stuart was the Sculptor and its his first sculpted figure I've seen for a while.
All praise to Stuart, its a superb figure, right up my street and I have to tell Stu the sculpting is devine, best I have seen for a while and the engineering in the bust is outstanding.
Cant wait to paint it but my worry is that my painting skills will spoil the bust.
Outstanding work by Stu and Stormtroopers.

Anyone else found some wonderful figures/busts when they got home?

There should be no worries there mate. We paint to enjoy the hobby (says he who hasn't lifted a brush in 10 years ) but you get what I mean .
