Sad to hear this, Zastrow.cuirassier. I hope you´ll get your figures soon. Did you try to contact him via e-mail?

I normally don´t take part in this "pay and wait for the figures to be produced" thing, but since it´s such a dynamic scene AND Romans I couldn´t resist. Yeah, they always say it´s limited, soon sold out and so on, but in most cases you can by the figures at the known retailers when they´re actually available. Should´ve known better.

At least the price of 175 € including international shipping for six 75mm figures (one of them mounted) is really, really good.

Yes i try with email and facebook to join the owner !
In case i can put a claim on paypal!
Thanks for your attention.

Hi!
As a continuation to the topics discussed herein, I recently ordered and paid the British Legion Lancer.
I never received the figure nor any reply to my emails.
I hope they can read these lines and react.

Best regards,

Iñaki

This is rather a sad tale of woe. All this stuff with the Roman Vignette plus the recent negativity
with some of their other figures, is putting Semper Fidelis under the cosh. There appears to be two
main problems here - very late delivery of the figures and a significant lack of communication with
those who placed advanced orders giving the reasons for said delay.

In my own case it was about 12 weeks between advanced payment and delivery of each part of 'The
Brothers' with an exchange of just a couple of e-mails between us. Each set of figures appeared in
turn and proved to be some of the finest pieces I have ever seen.

Whatever problems SF have had with production is regrettable and a matter for them to resolve. Any
lack of communication with their customers , however, is lamentable - and they certainly should take
steps to improve their responses, if only to diffuse a lot of the heat from the situation. But to repeat what
I said earlier, these really are some of the highest quality figures I have ever seen.
