Dont know how I missed this one! Very nice work Mark, I like the way you have done the dark skin tones, one of your best figures so far(y)

Just as a historical point I had no idea that a Senagalese contingent was at Gallipoli. Any information on that? I read Alan Morehead's book many, many years ago but do not recall any mention of them.

ETA: Never mind. I just googled and found some info.

Marcel, i can only hope that with every figure i go a small step forward.
Well, this could be one. I must admit that some figures allmost paint themself. This is such a figure.

Marc,

Nice work & choice of uniform colors. I really like your idea for the cords. I have this one in my gray army so I'll be using yours as a reference.

Hi Marc,
Got a little behind in watching this post.

Thank you for your comments... I will just have to be very careful
in handling that trumpet.

Nice idea about sewing thread.. I may try that.
I just twisted some fly fishing wire.. to see how that would work.
One of the guys in the club just finished this kit and he used the fly
fishing wire.. the very thin one.

Thanks Marc...

Dee
