Interesting, thanks for that Rich. Only listened to the first part (I'm supposed to be working) but have bookmarked it to go back to later. One of the pioneering greats along with Mr. Verlinden.

I remember my first model in early 80´s, a beautiful Opel Blitz 1:35 from Italieri that I made awful mistakes in building and my mother one day throw it to garbage.

Pmfs! .. I still have that 'Opel Blitz',. amongst many others!

What struck me most about this audio, was his take on the hobby in general, and (Quote). 'People forget that it is supposed to be fun'. Great advice, its not a competition just have fun building and painting your own thing.
