Shield Maiden

So this is my first completed project posted to this forum. Everyone has been very helpful with feedback. Pics aren't the best, I am still trying to hash out my camera settings.

this is definitely looking good, from my humble experience i would just say that the eyebrows look too arsh on her face and some more highlights on the axe would help but this is definitely a very good rendition of Lagertha

She has turned out excellent and you have great painting skills that I would be happy with if I could get anywhere close to this level, we all have our own style of painting and how we want to portray a figure wither it be battle worn and dirty or neat and tidy and looking pretty and I think that you have given this one a very nice balance so stick her in the cabinet and get back to the studying, good luck with the exams, get them behind you and then you can go back and do a final check on the Shield Maiden.
