Hi all.

Yesterday I had a day off and start painting.
I finished this 1:12 in about 5 hours which was a fun time.

I mixed all the paints myself and try to do more with contrasts and lighting

Five hours, wow good job it wasn't oils then. Really like the arty, dramatic feel to how you have painted this, it really suits the character.

Yes, five hours, wow! Great work in a very short timescale, well done.

The short time of the realization made necessary a pose of the painting which recalls a little the oil painting with rather "thick" touches and it works very well on this character. You gave him a particular character which would undoubtedly have been less interesting with a smoother painting. Well done !!

It reminds of an impressionist painting.

You seem to use the same methods. The color value & contrasts really work well for this one!
