Do you mean some more shading on the collar and cuffs of the white shirt? If so I was also thinking that when I saw the photo but on the figure itself the shading shows up much better.

I mean the pleats of the "Kilt" or how that was called

Ok Ulrich got you now, the same applies, the shading doesn't show up too well in the photo.
It's called a fustanella, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fustanella and much better than a kilt as there is not ridiculous pattern to paint and better suited to a nice climate like Greece than the bloody awful weather in Scotland. Yet the Greeks and Albanians wore something under it and the Scots, well.....
