Dear friends.

We are preparing to sell a large block of figures dedicated to the German paratroopers.

The first 2 sets are already blind - the German paratroopers at the airport and the Ramke brigade on the march.

Sculptor Dmitry Shishkov.

I am very impressed with these 2 sets! Excellent work.
Here are some of the images that these Fallschirmjäger were modelled on:

As the author of a 3 volume work on the German paratroopers 1936-1945 I'll follow these releases of SOGA with great interest.
Cheers
Karl

Dear friends, thank you for your feedback.
I have long wanted to make the German paratroopers. Some people dissuaded me from this idea, considering the topic unpromising and having few fans, but ....
Books Veltze Karl gave me the impetus for the implementation of the idea.
The entire first set, where the parachutists are preparing for loading into an airplane, is made from a photo from this book.

There are 8 figures in the set: officer, 2 non-commissioned officers, a machine gunner with a machine gun in a hopping container, 5 paratroopers.
The set "Brigade Ramke" has 12 figures: officer, 2 non-commissioned officers, a machine-gun crew, a medic, 6 paratroopers.

Thanks Dmitri! This means that my efforts have not been completely in vain :D

BTW if anyone needs any infos or photos for preparing their Fallschirmjäger - just let me know, I'm more than happy to help.

Cheers
Karl

Yes, Karl your book has become a good start for these figures. I hope that a little later we will release several more sets of German paratroopers for Normandy, Italy, and winter in Russia.
Dimitri,
have you considered the glider-borne assault on Eben Emael? These figures would go nicely with the Bronco 1/35-release of the DFS 230 - glider.

Dear Karl, I will not buy the final one in order to have a complete set of your books. I usually buy books from Zinnfigur.
Dear Martin, I am thinking of creating this group. Now I expect the result from the 3D wizard, who draws for me helmets with several types of camouflage. Without these helmets it is not possible to make sets for Crete, Italy, Normandy.

Thanks Tim.
