Dear and valuable customer,

We imagine your surprise in receiving a letter signed by two competing companies! We would like the opportunity to introduce you to a new and important initiative that Masterclass, White Models and Soldiers are jointly undertaking.

As you know, the international crisis have crippled many commercial sectors and the collectibles models are no exception; in fact, sales of historical figures have possibly been the hardest hit within the hobby industry.

In face of these difficulties, though, we believe to be our duty to do everything possible to make our companies survive and preserve the immense assets they contain in terms of products, history and craftsmanship. This means changing strategies, adapt to new market requirements, invest and innovate, and ultimately rethink the way we do business.

The idea of a strategic partnership between two of the most important companies in the industry of figure models was born out of these premises. Our objective is to create a superior final product: by focusing on what both companies do best and merging our vast knowledge, we believe the final product could only be unrivaled new models.

This also means that you, dear valuable customer, from now will deal with only one company which will guarantee the manufacturing, marketing and sales of three different brands: and so, from now on, Soldiers models will be manufactured and commercialized in total synergy with Masterclass and White Models.

New series development will be also coordinated between the two companies in order to avoid redundancy in the creations of new models and to rationalize timing of the new releases; however, all three brands will remain clearly distinct with their historical colors and graphics which you will find prominent in new high-quality boxes.

IT will be possible to order directly from EF MODEL or SOLDIERS, but all orders will be fulfilled, and payment processed, by EF MODELS only. SOLDIERS will be responsible for both companies’ historical and uniform research, as well as for the selection of the new figures, in an attempt to guarantee continuity to the so far developed series.

Both www.soldiers.it and www.masterclass.it will continue to operate in an integrated manner: this will allow customers to order products from the three brands in the same platform.

If needed, we will personally contact each of our customer to illustrate the details of this strategic partnership and also to clarify eventual conflicting conditions which may arise during the initial phases of the integration.

We are confident that you will be enthusiastic about this initiative: we will do our best to deserve your support.

We are barely hanging on, it's really hard right now with so many fellow historical miniaturists out of work, my self included. I pray we all survive, the hobby will be better for it if we do.
