Quit with the bull Alan and continue to post these beautiful pieces. These figures have a high level of difficulty just to finish!

Cheers, Ron. I haven't got that many pictures of my stuff.....my son-in-law is giving me hints on photography ; just following his lead, really. I'll get round to it.
That's what we need,--more round toits, as opposed to uptoits. There's downtoits, too, of which I'm told I don't do enough!..........I'll get me coat.

Alan, like you I'm no expert at photography either

Question, how does the ancient PM hussar stand against the newer modern figure?
Quality doesn't date, I know, but it just looks sooooo stiff and wooden by comparison.

Yes, I know what you mean ; Ray Lamb modelled it on Detaille's painting of the same subject, hence the stiff and, I suppose, arrogant pose. New techniques have given us a marvellous range of figures to choose from, which is just great.

Beautifully finished Alan thanks for posting, I would happily sit
and view such finely painted stiff figures all day.
I really must finish 2 Postmilitaires here!
