Hi Guys, I'm fairly new to this , so I'm hoping for some feed back as to how I can improve. Don't hold back, I'm pretty thik skinned

I would like to grumble so little, but I can not find anything. Would have been happy if my first things would have looked like.
Among the faces I can tell micht much, because you can not see them well, and more courage to light and shadow.
But other than class, the good work.

They look good and I would second the previous post about maybe more highlighting and shadows.
Very nice brushwork however.
