A good news seen on internet, just for your information
MASTERBOX, well know Ukrainian plastic 1/35° figures brand is announcing something different and perhaps quite interesting for us:
"British and German soldiers, Somme Battle, 1916".
35158 - British and German soldiers, Somme Battle, 1916
Six figures, 2 Birtish and 4 german prisonners.
Masterbox make some great plastic figure for WW2
It's very interesting if they decide to make plastic figure of WW1.
Yes some works need to obtain the resin quality, but why not try ?

More pictures coming soon on their website.

The problem with MASTERBOX, is betxeen the announcement of a novelty and the marketing, it ca, spend several weeks or monthes.
I bought my MASTERBOX on ebay.co.uk... Seller : creativemodelsltd
Serious and good prices.
But it's worth waiting.
Soon a small article on a great set from their home:
"Friendly boxing match"

Just checked the site-the boxing match is £11.99 + £2 Postage. A lot of fun for very low cost, unfortunately not my period of interest but for anyone working on WW2 there are some great kits available. Also one from the ACW I don't know if they do more from that period?

There was a post on Facebook recently where someone had posted a completed picture of the boxing match and it looked fantastic, it really is amazing what the plastics manufacturers are doing now.

I'll certainly be getting the Somme set, unless my memory is failing me its based on a photograph. but its great to see these sets with subjects that are out of the ordinary and the manufacturer should be congratulated.
