I now return to my previously scheduled and usual painting like a chimp beating a stump with a big stick.

Interesting technique, is it a Windsor and Newton stick at least?

Nah, not that nice. Looking at it lately it just feels like I'm using a large log to beat the stump into color. The highlight being that once in a while a termite flies by and I reach out and eat him.
