Sorry not replying to each of you, but I read all of your comments and I'm really glad you like it.

I had some trouble on painting coat since it has a bit different shape and details of standard russian offier coat.

So I asked about it Greeny Ahn, the sculptor, and he told me he refered to this coat when he sculpted it.



Hope this helps when you paint this bust.

Very well done Kaz. It is very dramatic. I do not know if you were after that, but it looks to me like he is painted with a late evening light effect - which I like a lot.
