which you seem to have brought a piece of Mexico, and I especially liked the
effect of sweat on his shirt and chest.

Thanks all for your response, guys! I'm really glad you like the figure. My idea was to portray a dirty and sweaty guy who has been in the jungle for days. The miniature has some common tones to unifiy the whole things. The most evident of them is English Uniform.
About the ground work, I have used diverse plants' roots, paper leaves, some dry leaves of a plant I had at home for the ground long leaves bushes and a photoetched fern. To get the painting easily done, I sprayed the whole base with an old can of Citadel's Dark Angels green I had at home. It leaves a satin finish very interesting for the idea of a wet jungle. After that you just have to differentiate a bit the diverse eleents with varous shades of green and some purple for he shadows.
