Hi PF friends!
Again back with a new figure sculpted at 70 mm for a spanish collector.
This time it's a spanish subject, of the vast range from Spain military history.
He's an Officer during the revolts at Luzon (Philippines Islands) c. 1850.
He's wearing the regulated uniform used at Spain in that time, but with additions to the tropical climate, like the white trousers and the local made head dress with the metalic regimental number at the top.
I love the changes in the european uniforms when were used in their african or asian colonies!
Modelled as is habitual using Epofer clay on a wire armature. Only the regimental number is from a old photoetched set.
I hope you like this figure and any criticism will be very wellcomed.
Thanks......
