Hi,

I want to try a conversion of a figure that I have.
It's the first time, so I don't want to buy some new figure to destroy.
Does anybody has some spare parts 54mm of metal models, or historex, for example?
I need an horse, if possible a standing one, or little movement.
And maybe some legs of an hussar (but not essential).

I know historex has nice ones, but then there is the problem of the harness and reins, etc..., which for an inexperienced person like me doing conversions is a hard to do..

I want to do something like this

Hi,

I am looking to swap the bust of Wellington (resin) by DF Grieve, for the bust of Napoleon of the same manufacturer. Please let me know if anyone is interested.
Thanks

Bournouna! .. You may need to create your own thread/post,.. if searching for items! as this one is Pedro's. ;)

Look at the top of the page! once you have clicked, Buy & Sell ! select new thread, type in your affix. ie. 'Wanted',. then type in your requirements! & post. (y)

Clearly, you are a new member,.. so things can be initially confusing.

Regards,

Mark

Hi. I suggest you look at the Historex agents website or the NCOs Historex website for spare parts as this figure can easily be built from them. Happy to help if you want. Cheers Huw

Yes Huw, I know the Historex figures/spare parts. My problem is that the head, for instance, don't have the reins, sturrips, etc... and I don't have any experience doing that... So if someone has, for instance, an horse head with that "gear", for me would be much easier to do the rest... just add the body of an historex horse, for example, and it's done.
Thanks ;)

I suggest you just buy a Historex kit of an ADC and maybe change the horse and arms. Would be an easy solution.
