Craig, there is not much you can say about this bust except that it is excellently sculpted by Andrea Jula for Pegaso. It comes in 4 parts, bust,hat and 2 crosses so not much planning involved. It's a painters bust

Gino, I painted the figure entirely in acrylics. You can find the mixes below.

I hope the mixes I used are found usefull.

Flesh Base is rather simple. What I did was include some purple and red/black mixes for the shadows to give a warmer effect.

Base: AV845 + AV909 + AV921
H/L : base + AV845
H/H/L : H/L + AV928
L/L : base + AC23
L/L/L : L/L + AV909 + AC26

Washes in AV814 + AC26

Beard area in mixes of greys/blue/black

The Uniform jacket was painted as follows:

Base: AC1 + AV994 + AV886
H/L : base + AV886
H/H/L : AV886
L/L : Base + AC26
L/L/L : L/L + AC26

HAT :
Base : AC1 + AV994 + AC59
H/L : base + AC59
H/H/L : AC59
L/L : base + AV994
