Stanislaw Skalski bust

Hi,

My name is Martin and this is my first post here. I´m Jacek´s friend (guy who scuptured this bust ;d). I promised him to paint this one while ago. I hope he will be surprise about it. I have several his figure but no one is finished in 100%. That´s why he doesn´t belive me that I´ll do this bust. So, as you can see I did it Just need few small things to finish. I hope you´ll like it. I painted whole bust by Vallejo. I´m still learning because I used to use oils.

Hi Martin,
Good looking job on this bust. I have it on my workbench as we speak. It's a very nice bust with an excellent likeness to the pictures I've seen of Skalski.
I'll be doing mine in oils ( I refuse to abandon all those tubes of oil paint )
When it comes to busts, I'm a fan of more subtle contrasting. But if I were to offer any suggestions to you, it would be to strive for a bit more contrast with your shadows and highlights. But that's just my opinion .

Dear Jacek and Craig,

Thank you for comments. As I said bust need few "touches" to be finished. I´ll do more highlightings. I hope I´ll find time to do this this week. Any way, as soon as I´ll do it, I´ll post it.
