Still have to finish the lower legs and the banner as well as few touch-ups on the torso.

Another update...
Did more work on the banner and upper torso, face is completed as well.

Banner from the back side.
Not sure if I should repeat the symbols from the front or leave it just plain?
The cape will be still weathered and shaded more as well.
