Hello Planeteers,
I have heard so much about bad service from figure manufacturers but sometimes we do recieve excellent service as here in the case of Ulrich Puchala.
I visited the Kulmbach show and bought some of the excellent 120mm figures from the Centauro line (I must state here, these figures are excellent !!! Pot-Bellies where necessary, fleshy cheeks, the works, they are so full of character.
Wholly recommended) Anyway I realised later that I was missing one of my figures Kaiser Wilhelm 1, so I revisited some of the traders stands asking if I had left the figure there but unfortunately no luck. I wrote the figure off and a couple of days later a friend said I should ask Ulrich himself if maybe someone gave him the figure back. I wrote Ulli an E-Mail and he wrote back saying that unfortunately the figure had not been returned and he was sorry for my loss. "Oh well" thought I, it was worth trying. Yesterday the Postman came and delivered the Kaiser Wilhelm figure to me, a replacement free of charge from Ulrich Puchala !!!!!! That is service, kindness and thoughtfullness of the highest kind and deserves mention here. I can fully recommend Ulrich Puchala and his Company to you all. Many many thanks Ulrich.

Hi Peter,
yes ther certainly is a Website : www.puchala-figuren.de

Check out the Figures from the "Kaiserzeit" (Empire).
Have fun, the Figures are cast just as good as the Fort Duquesne were and the detail and sculpting is amazing.

Hi Pete,

well, surely you can appreciate that! Looking at the figures, they are really nice and loads of great ideas! In the pilots section is unique! There is a huge selection, it's WWII aircraft makers paradise!

Thanks for the info, I didn't hear about this co. before.

Thank you for posting this, it looks like I might just be able to finish my collection of JG 52 figures (it started with Puchala's Hartmann figure) and get a pilot for my Stuka (I remember Puchala's Rudel vignette) and no body here in the states stocks these anymore. Glad to hear service is so good.
