I like what you've done with this figure! The color palette is muted, the shading and highlighting is not forced, and you've used the eyes to create an off-screen action that has the soldier's full attention. The minimalist groundwork conveys the season at first glance. This is so much more than a wargaming piece - this is history in one's hand. Well done!!
