Hello everyone;
Just thought you might to like to see a sample of the work from this past Saturdays "Sword and Lance" Show at Darlington. It was a great show, very well organized and smoothly run. Sword and Lance may not be the biggest show but I was very impressed with the quality of the work on display. I was also impressed by the excellent club displays, and the vendors room. I limited myself to only one purchase ( I didn't count the wooden base I bought as a modeling purchase) that being Carl Ried's excellent bust of a Greek Freedom fighter from the 1820's. So a big thanks and congratulations to the organizing committee on a job well done. WHo knows, maybe I'll win the lottery and be able to come back one day! In any case enjoy the pics.
By the way if anyone else has any pictures from this show, I'd love to see them, as well as any pics from SCAHMS that may be floating around out there.
