Hi Luis
In Sheperd Paine's book Building and Painting Scale Figures
He describes the making of a sword blade on page 97
1. Make a solder wire form.
2. Fill the blade with solder or putty
3. Sand and file to shape.The wire holds a sharp edge.
I think somewhere at stage 2 the fullers could be worked in.
When complete take a casting,in metal using plaster of paris mould.
clean up sharpen and polish.
