I've given the mantlet a dusting of Mig powders, and a some streaking with oils. I think these could be darkened in places now they've dried back.

The manlet looks great. I had the opportunity to see a 1/1 scale T-34/85 in Afghanistan and yours looks spot on.

I concur with the others' comments. Well done, I've been aware of the
salt technique for quite a few years, but I've never tried it.

I'll be eager to see the figure and the vehicle when everything is all put
together.
