I like Tamiya
It is the only paint I can get to work in an air brush without spitting and clogging every other minute , but only use for base coating :)
 
I'm not sure if you can use textured paint in an airbrush Ron if it's anything like the Citadel stuff it's got actual lumps in :eek:
 
Most good craft shops, and if you hurry they are offering this charming childrens water colour set as a free gift with every purchase.

I've used some of their textured paint to add dried mud effects around the lower legs of larger scale figures, sorry no photos yet.
They also retail; dolls hair (postiche - useful for replacing cast tails on horses), weathering powders, static grass, leaf scatter etc
