Looks good so far Denis. Just maybe add some deeper shadows on some of his equipment. For instance, you have a brownish shadow around the belt. Try to make this a bit darker.....almost black. This may not look right right away, but it'll help your eyes (as well as ours) seperate the different colors. Otherwise, not bad, not bad at all.

I think Jim has a point. But i wouldt go much further. The upperside off the belt just a little bit darker then he is now, maybe some sepia.
The underside off the belt darker, raw umber or something dark like that.
I would do the same on the shoulderplates, making some darkbrown at the border of the white and the schoulderplates.
to separate the fingers of the glove more i will do some darker colour between the fingers.
At the top of the knockles (fingers) some more highlighting.

What i seen now i must say you are on the right track. So far you did a good job.
