Austro Hungarian Stormtroopers
So, after many years of lurking here I bought a new camera, what means reasonble pictures I can post.
I'm basicaly building large scale figures, but ICM's German stormtroopers were too nice and cheap to leave it at the LHS
I wanted to finish them as (Austro) hungarian stormtroopers so minor sculpting, carwing and mixing-matching of different bod parts was required, as I didn't have replacement heads but didn't like the ones from the box, I sculpted (will sculpt) gas masks on them.
The base is not finished I only experimented with pastells and Vallejo matt varnish. I have to sculpt three or four rovs of sandbags on the lip of the trench plus some weapons and equipment, but right now I don't know how the end result will look like.
The third figure, not visible in the picture, will be the commander climbing upstairs to see what his men are doing.
The in progress figure is painted mainly with Vallejo and a bit of oils
