Hi all,

I finally finished my teutonic grand master after my fifth attempt!!!

First, let me thank Tommi Worton, member on Planet figure. Without him and the help of his vinyl heraldry stencils, that figure would have been impossible for me to be finished. I was asking for help to paint the heraldry in december cause this was my first attemp and Tommi offered me his help providing me with a sample of his stencil. Believe me, these stencils are marvelous. I highly recommend it. http://tommi-miniatures.moonfruit.com/#/onlineshop/4530653878

Now, the figure is supposed to reprensent Werner d'Orseln (+1330) http://www.heraldique-europeenne.org/Accueil.htm

I know this figure wont win any contest but since this is my first attempt (and not my last BTW!!!:D) I'm very happy with it. Painted with oils and acrylics for some parts. The little flower is just scratchbuilt and is there to add a bit of colors!!! Still need some touch up but basically, it is complete

Here's the pics, comments are welcome!!!

Thanks for the good comments

Hi guys,

Thanks for the support.

The shield was a bit hard for me. I was trying to reproduce the fine eagle in the center of the cross but it is quite small. I really don't know how people can paint such tiny things and still have decent results.

I did the best I could. Maybe I will get better with practice!!

But for now, this is ok!!!
