Here's a little something I was nearly able to finish while on paternity leave. This is a fantastic figure that I've been meaning to get around to for a few years now. The left arm and shield are done, just not attached. All that remains is to put this guy on a base and finish the groundwork, but I'm back to work now so it will probably be a while before he's totally done. I painted the horns on his helmet semi-gloss black, they're kind of hard to see against the black background. Thanks for looking!

Wonderful!!!

I'm working on the same figure myself!!!! But I'm suck with the heraldry on the shield.

I like the color and the weathering made on the tunic. Most of the time, when I see some knight wearing white tunic, there is almost no weathering and it look too clean for me!!

Yours look very nice!!! I hope I can finish mine soon.

Good job. I'll keep watching your post!!!

Hey Jason,

Very nice figure, I was thinking to get one of those myself but i ended up getting a thespian hoplite (which i have done barely any on). If i remember right.. isn't that kit a pegaso?

Excellent painting,Jason.
The weathering is superb,well done.

Kinda reminds me of the Black Knight in The Holy Grail~ "It's only a flesh wound!":)

Wow, Jason, a reall beauty! I see fatherhood agress with you......at least it agrees with your painting! :) Nice work.

Clarence, Vergilius, Robert, Tony, Danny, Mark, Jay, Andrew, Joe, Rocky, David, John, and Stephen: Thanks for your comments, guys!

Robert - yes, I will place him in a snowy setting. On my last figure I used Andrea's snow, and I liked it so I will probably use it again for this one. I'll probably use a little bit of microballoons as well, but mainly the Andrea product.

Danny - you're right, this is a Pegaso kit.

Joe & Stephen - I plan to be in Chicago this year and chances are good that I'll make it. I'm looking forward to it, hope to see both of you there!
