Evening, everyone!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone, on behalf of our show committee and the whole Society, thank all of you who made it down to our show at the new venue in Wilmington, Delaware, who exhibited figures, and to extend congratulations to everyone who received an award for your work. It was really great to meet forum members in person and to put faces to the names.

Thank you for helping make the show a success, and making this a great hobby. I look forward to seeing you as we go through the round of shows through '08.

No, no, no, it is you folks who deserve the thanks for having put on a really good show. The only fly in the ointment was the most lackadaisical ever wait staff in the hotel. The six of us from Western Mass (and our three friends from further east) had a great time. The show site is well situated with at least four restaurants in walking distance.

.. and thanks to you, Brad, and to Vern, Dennis and all those who put this show together and ran it so very well. The venue was excellent and a welcome change from Valley Forge. For me and my group, the show was a SMASHING SUCCESS. We will be back next year.
