Here's another offering I completed not long ago. I guess it's a 1/4 (1/5?) bust from resin Realities of the Bride of Frankensten. Finding out that the director used Elsa Lanchester's own red hair (on a wire frame) and that she had green eyes, I tried to do the sculpt justice. Thanks for looking and CC always welcome - -

Excellent (dare I say it) lifelike rendition of this bust. I'm really surprised that there has as yet been no comments from anyone about this superb piece of work. I guess that most people on this site concentrate on military subjects. I, like yourself, enjoy subjects outside of the norm as well as military.
I see you are a new member, and I hope this won't put you off posting in the future. I know from experience it can be demoralizing.

Hi there

Firstly a BIG welcone to PF good to have you here

Only just catching up with things as Jazz says it's good to have something out the norm , and it's a bust as well...quite large as well , like the way the eyes and hair are done and for the female flesh it works good ...very suitable to the subject and with nice whites you have handled 2 of the hardest things to paint very well.

Have a look at our FOTM comp ( it has its own part in the forum list)

Look forward to seeing more

Thanks for sharing

HI,
Thanks all.
Nah, I don't worry about replies or the like. One quick look at the mostly military figures, I knew I was in the minority. ;) I do have more military like figs in my To Do pile, but this is what I have now.
My figures sit on a shelf in my "studio" with no one looking at them but me, so even if I have one or two people see them them I've double my viewership. Haha
I'll keep posting until the admins tell me I don't really belong here. ;)

That's not gonna happen mate. I've been posting stuff that no one likes for years and I'm still here.
