Been working through this project alongside the French mounted grenadier trumpeter and as a result haven't taken many pictures of the progress. The set is from The Fusilier and I was lucky enough to pick it up at the Oakwood Studio's stand at IPMS Bolton, together with the base. Hopefully not much more to do but need to finish the rifle metalwork and sling and touch a few things up here and there.

Excellent work on the painting and on bagging the set from The Fusilier
Thanks Bob. I um'd and aah'd when this set was originally released by Steve and regretted not getting it then. I'm glad I've managed to pick a copy up now though.

Yeah. It's always nice to bag one that is long OOP and you have been kicking yourself for not getting when it was available.
Hi clrsgt, know what you mean. It's always good "when a plan comes together". There are so many great kits about I'm sure there are plenty more I could have/should have got but didn't.

I guess that is why many of us have a large Grey Army. Aspirations of painting them, don't want to let one get away before they become OOP, but not enough time to paint them all.
