I attended the Fen Show yesterday, held at the Maltings in Ely, Cambridge.
Nice venue in scenic surroundings, and by the looks of how this show is progressing, they're are going to need a bigger venue.
It was well attended and they held a competition which was to a high standard from what I could see.
Great to see some of our top traders there, as well as catch up with lots of friends.
I hate to say there is a little downside to the show.
Firstly the entry fee of £10 person, but to be fair, I'm sure hiring the Maltings doesn't come cheap.
The other issue is parking, extremely difficult to park unless you get there early.
Overall though a great show, that is certainly going to grow in popularity.
And I for one will be heading back next year. 27th July 2024
