Hey Alex!

He is looking really nice! The face is very effective and I really like the 'glow' from it.

How about painting some dirt under the guys nails? That would be a neat addition.

Where are the fleshtones highlights? Some highlights in the right places - particularly on the forehead's creases - would really make the facial features pop out. Besides, it would also give a sense of directional lighting.

He doesn't mention that highlights need to be done, but tweaking the hair is all that's left to do on the head.
