Tell you what LH it's not a million miles away for PMs Macbeth.
Plenty of 75mm skulls out there and with a little bit of imaginative putty work you could have your own version.

Another sculptor with outstanding skills and an Artistic mind to be able to conjure up this dark character with an attention to detail right down to the distorted skull at his feet, just a pity that we can't all get our hands on one of these but I hope that we get to see this guy painted.
