As the figures tell the story here's my latest dio...

'The Race', (to the Rhine), the Rhineland operations, Germany, March 1945.

Old Italeri Dodge ambulance, updated with scratch and PE.
Figures light till strongly modified till complete self sculp.
Painted with usual acrylics.

Excellent diorama, love the way you've thought the piece out , the buildings and weathering looks great as does the figures

The detail on the building, and the cobbelstone paving, is excellent. The figures are very well composed and posed, telling the story. Love the G.I. bringing out some chocy treats for the kids...


I'm getting back into 1/35 myself, I've just about finished the Tamiya German Tank transporter, soon starting on the Miniart building(s) that are going to be part of the diorama. I have a few of the old Italeri kits of the Recovery Sherman and the Priest that are also going in a diorama, not sure about the setting yet. Probably Netherlands 1945.
