A simple meal to commemorate the Falklands War 1982.

Welsh leek soup Guards

Main
Roast Goose Green
MARINErs Pie
Side order of various veg and Sidewinder ROCKET salad.
Dessert
Sweet Bun Selection

Drinks to be served

Scots Guards highland Malt
Port Stanley

And for those that like an after dinner smoke

Ww1 dinner would have to start with a soup; perhaps
a cold conSomme , Beef Bouillion or Lochnagar Minestrone
and finish with Angel delight, (from Mons)

Just found out there is a place in Scotland which has wellingtons campaign chair , a french standard and lots of nap paintings . will investigate soon

Sshh. When / If you come down here (Folkestone) for Euro you want to pop along the coast to Walmer Castle. Shed load of Wellington's stuff well worth a visit.
