hi, this is my first figure.
the skin is orrible, but in the second figure ( http://www.planetfigure.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=11369 ) i have resolved this problem :D

for your first figure it still looks outstanding. I can see where the fleshtones are maybe a bit harsh in the shadows, but over all you can't go anywhere but up from here! Nice stuff, I'm impressed!

Davide, There's nothing wrong with that figure. I'm sure there are some folks that wished their first figure turned out like that.~Gary

Nice figure , some really nice shading for a first attempt , keep at the flesh you will get there ...not too harsh on the shadows/highlights .
For blending I use Winsor and Newton Blending Fluid (for water colours but s fine with acrylics)...works for me , just let it dry to get the effect , its slow drying (overnight) so gives you a working time , you might like to try it.

Great figure, I really like it. I have painted this figure too (well is almost finished) you can see it in Vbench.
