Latorre`s wonderful Thorvin The Great from his Enigma fanasty range of 30mm figs, although this one is about 40mm+. This was done as a break from some complex busts and as an exercise to work only in acrylics. The bronze armor is Citadel metalics and has printers ink highlights with acrylic washes over that.

Lots of fun and a good learning experience.

Thanks Mark, it was lots of fun.

Thank you David, the blood was Tamiya Color X-27 Clear Red, right out of the bottle, it is very dark red, almost purple but still translucent and quite thick so you can build up layers. Thinned, it`s brighter red, and less gloss until as a wash it`s almost matt. Very useful IMO.

Wow! What a great job on such a wee fella. I tell you Rich I am inspired. I have that kit
laying around somewhere. It'll be fun just trying to get close to that great paint job and setting!
Very well done!
