Ralph you should paint it again,
the nature of the bust deserves it, Sandy Woodward deserves it, you deserve it, and we deserve it.

Ready, set, Dettol..... go

I bet by the time I spotted this and commented you only have the medal ribbons to do now anyway. :D

Paul.

In my opinion its a problem. If the kit is one you buyed because you loved it very well you
should repaint them, or buy another one to paint it like today.
otherwise its a cabinet of your painting style comming forward.
I get the same problem, but thought my grey army is to big to repaint figures.

Hi Ralph. I vote NO.
I think there are too much great miniatures to redo one. IMO we buy and paint the miniatures most like, so always paint them with the skills we have at the moment. The first ones are worse painting than the last, obviously, but is a memory and testimony of our evolution.

Thanks for your input metalextremo:).

I say strip & repaint - because you have taken photos of it, you can still do a "then & now" comparison. Cake & eat it!

Ralph, late coming in on this one although I might just be within the 7 day deadline.;) . Would be a neat idea to have a picture of the first painting placed behind the new version in the display cabinet.(y)
Cheers Ken
