Just completed this 75mm one also for a private collector- one off Sculpt (in Magic Sculpt) and Paint (acrylics). Kind of a forgotten battle ( but made it into the Marine Hymn) US marines led by Lt. Presly O Bannon against the Barbary Pirates. I added a couple of Cinematic Smokey battle shots as well -nod to Shepard Paine. Hope you guys enjoy.

The variety of expression on their faces is superb. Lucky collector.

Thanks Gentlemen!!! Really appreciate the kinds words.

Tried to create a dusty look without going over the top. This was a political and professional showing for the United States at this time(in its young history ) so they would have presented themselves the best they could given the conditions.

Thanks to Mike Stelzel for his help and putting me in touch with Gunny Williams at the Marine Corp Museum to get the uniforms, etc. correct. Not as straight forward as you would think. Thanks Bill N. for making it a reality
