Trying out my new toy!

Most of you will have seen this figure before, but I've been trying out my new toy so I thought I'd post a pic as a bit of a test of the camera settings & whatnot!

Groundwork is nowhere near finished & the figure isn't attached as yet

Hi Anders,

It's a 1/35 Tamiya figure from their Wespe kit, the detail was enhanced with a scalpel & a DML head added,

I have a spare of the figure if you want it?

What type of DG did you end up with?

DG? if that's DigiCam, I ended up with a SONY Cyber-Shot DSC-P72 (My missus couldn't get a Nikon from anywhere locally - & it was a surprise pressie as I didn't think we could afford one just yet!) As it happened, the SONY was going on sale after xmas & the guy let her have it at the sale price - which meant I got a better spec camera! It looks like it's going to be OK for the figures!

You bet! though I will have to finish a lot of things first! I'll also be posting some pics of my Dragon slayer soon to get some feed back on what I've done wrong on the trousers!

Good to see some of your other stuff; those 1:35 figures can be made into something quite special and you've made an excellent job on this one - didn't recognise the original figure when i first saw it.

Good to see you're experimenting with your new toy; more please; especially of Derek!!
